For the convenience of our members, we now offer the option to pay membership dues online, through a secure Paypal.com connection. This allows the flexibility of payment by credit or debit card.
You will be emailed a receipt by the service, once your payment has been processed. Just click the proper "Add to Cart" buttons below and follow the prompts.
After you click the button, you'll be directed to the Paypal.com login page. If you do not have a Paypal.com account but want to establish one, look for the prompt "Don't have a Paypal account?"
Otherwise, just fill out the form or login to your Paypal account to make the payment.
Finally, it's always a good idea to look for "https: in the website address display line (URL)" when making payments online. This ensures your payment is secure and encrypted as you send your payment off into cyberspace.

The primary conditions of membership in ILA which must be met are:
1) Member owns residential rental or investment property in the State of Iowa, or
2) The company Member owns, or works for, provides services specifically for Rental Property Owners or Managers, or
3) Member has owned rental property in the past, and currenlty owns your domicile, or
4) Member has owned rental property, and their spouse/significant other owns your domicile.
