Iowa Landlord Association Associate Memberships

An Associate Iowa Landlord membership has the following features:
	Qualifying Associate Members are vendors (non-landlord entities) who offer products and services geared to housing providers and tenants
	Beyond that of having a product or service for sale, the purpose is to link a knowledge base of skills, resources, products etc. to the needs of the landlord and to provide a better product for the tenant.

	Preferential notification of all upcoming events that vendors can interact with landlords.
	While non-associate members can participate in not all but many ILA event activities, only Associate Members will have advance notice of upcoming events in order to allow you to have advance planning opportunities for your business.

	First opportunity to reserve space at upcoming events or other opportunities
	Associate Members will always priority opportunity over any non-associate members for any commercial presentation opportunity events with ILA. This positions your firm as a key player in your industry.

	Discounted rates for events and advertising through ILA

	The ILA Monthly Newsletter
	For your company to be better attuned to the issues, concerns of landlords and issues occurring with ILA, we mail Associate Members the ILA Monthly Newsletter.   (Your firm may also wish to place display ads in this periodical as well!)

	Cooperative Advertising Services
	Is the cost of advertising your properties and services too much of a load to bear? ILA's Cooperative Advertising services allows you to go together with many other landlords and Associate ILA Members to reach others through other advertising mediums such as newspaper, radio, television, etc. to get people heading your direction. In addition to adding value to your company's name, when coop advertising with ILA, your firm shows a credible association with one of the largest commercial landlord organizations in the state. 	Educational Seminar Presentation Opportunities
	Your firm, your industry, is the expert in your field. Our regular membership wants to know what your firm offers to better assist them in how to do their job.The marriage of this need and your firm's desire to market a solution to those needs is in part what education is about in industry.Consequently, in different events we actively solicit vendors who can present a quality presentation regarding issues beneficial to members of ILA. 	Annual rates for a Associate/Vendor Iowa Landlord Membership is $235.00 / year (effective September, 2007)
