Corporate Iowa Landlord Association Memberships

INTENDED FOR LANDLORDS WITH 35+ PROPERTY UNITS.
A Corporate Iowa Landlord membership has the following features:
	All Features and Services of ILA Regular Membership
	While large landlord embellish many of the needs and characteristics that smaller housing operations deal with, there are many issues that are different. This membership is geared to address additional issues that larger property holding operations have to deal with.

	Specialized Services Seminars for Large Unit Property Owner Firms

	Inclusion of Additional Staff Discount Rates for meetings, educational seminars and events

	Additional materials and mailings are distributed to multiple staff office locations at the members option

	Annual rates for a Corporate Iowa Landlord Membership is $200.00 / year, $.25/unit
