Tips on how to be a Good Tenant

1. Pay your rent on-time
2. Take care of the property
3. Read and Understand your rental agreement
4. Be a Good Neighbor - Use common sense about guests, parties, noise, and related items.
5. If parking spaces are provided for you, use only your spaces for you and your guests
6. Report problems with the unit to the landlord.
7. Consider obtaining "Renter's Insurance".
