We have several types of ILA memberships customized for members that have functions specific to the kind of operation or organization they work with. Corporate Iowa Landlord Association Membership
- intended for landlords with 35+ property units.
Annual fee for new memberships and renewals: $200.00, $ .25/unit

Associate Iowa Landlord Association Membership
Annual fee for new memberships and renewals: $235.00
